Lizzie G

Ultra Mad Lizzie… I have been running ultras and backyard ultra since 2019. It has escalated from 30 odd mile races to 300 🫣 I love nothing more than exploring new trails but I am also rather partial to a bonkers event such as running round in circles or running up and down hills multiple times. I’m a qualified running coach and a mindset coach specialising in trail, ultra and BYU.
